Craniosacral therapy - 1 h

One hour session - optional 30 min can be done in the drop menu. Craniosacral therapy is a form of treatment that takes place through a still and light touch of the body. This kind of physical impression for the body implies an experience of security in direct contrast to all kinds of stress. For a longer period of time, the part of the nervous system becomes highly active, which mobilizes and regulates the body's recovery mechanisms. This means, in practice, that the flow in the various circulatory systems of the body changes and with it the conditions for the body to restore itself and create reserves. As it normally happens with good rest — and as we rarely reflect on how well it actually works. The touch occurs in particular in relation to the bones of the skull and sacrum, as the central nervous system is located in between, but also joints in other areas that are aching, swollen, overmoved or stiff.
