Craniosacral therapy - 1 h

One hour session - optional 30 min can be done in the drop menu. Craniosacral therapy is a form of treatment that takes place through a still and light touch of the body. This kind of physical impression for the body implies an experience of security in direct contrast to all kinds of stress. For a longer period of time, the part of the nervous system becomes highly active, which mobilizes and regulates the body's recovery mechanisms. Open workshop - 3 hours - Crochet together “Jasmine stitch”

\*EVENT WILL COME BACK IN THE FALL 2025 Let's crochet together, this fun and decorative pattern. The workshop is a gathering to make this specific project together. The first hour we make the selection of colors and the purchase of yarn for this particular project, with the help of the staff of our cartridge store. Remaining time: Learn the basics of the stitch and crochet together while we enjoy a coffee/tea or herbal water together and start this project together with crocheting. Please note that this is a simple tutorial and that you must learn the basics yourself via video clips (- sent out after booking) before you arrive.
